All Benevictus orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery to addresses across the United Kingdom typically takes between 7–15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in every piece you choose. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
