How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes between 15–30 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery online.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before processing begins. Once processed, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately at benevictusdayone@gmail.com if you need assistance.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at benevictusdayone@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All transactions are fully secure.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
